Shipping And DOA

LOCAL PICK-UP:

If you are near Los Angeles or Ventura, California and want to pick up your items please send me an email after you place your order and we will figure out the best time to do so.  

SHIPPING:

To ensure corals are safe for transit, corals will be shipped in specimen cups (if they fit) or in a "floater". All coral will be (at least) double bagged with plenty of water. Then put into an insulated shipping box with packing material and heat/ice pack depending on weather.

All coral will be shipped via Fed-Ex Priority Next Day Air for 12pm Delivery. 

Shipping is $35 if shipping within CA and $50 for out of state delivery. 

 

 

2 Hour DOA:

 

If a coral is DOA, please take a picture within 2 hours of delivery and email it to DayDreamAquatics@gmail.com. We can send a refund or if there is another frag available, it can be replaced and added your next order. Shipping will not be refunded. 

Special Circumstance (Extended) DOA:

We want you to be happy with your order, so if a coral shows up looking more stressed than usual, we will often extend the DOA period, up to a week! This is granted on a per case basis and extension may vary. Rest assured we will take great care of you!
